RETURN & EXCHANGE

TARMOR Return & Exchange Policy
At TARMOR, we accept return and exchange requests within 7 days from the delivery date, applicable only for items with manufacturing defects.
Eligible items must be full-priced, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

To submit a request, please contact us via email, Facebook fanpage, or Instagram (@tarmor.official).

1. Exchange Policy

Customers may choose to:

Exchange for the same item (replacement), or
Exchange for a different product.
Price difference handling:

If the new item is lower in value, TARMOR will issue an e-voucher for the price difference (no cash refunds).
If the new item is higher in value, customers must pay the price difference before the new item is shipped.
Shipping & handling fees:

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the original item.
TARMOR will cover taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

2. Return for Refund

If customers prefer to return the defective item for a refund, TARMOR will issue an e-voucher equal to the product’s value.
The e-voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

TARMOR will issue the e-voucher after receiving the returned item, inspecting it, and confirming that it is a genuine manufacturing defect.

Shipping & handling fees:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
TARMOR will cover taxes and customs clearance fees.
TARMOR reserves the right to decline any return or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions above.

Please note: TARMOR does not accept any return or exchange requests for items without manufacturing defects.
